About The Department
The Department of English, established in 2002, is a vibrant academic unit dedicated to the study and appreciation of English language and literature. With a team of 11 dedicated faculty members, we offer two programs: BA English Language and Literature (launched in 2010) and MA English Language and Literature (launched in 2020). Our programs aim to foster critical thinking, creative expression, and effective communication skills, preparing students for careers in education, writing, publishing, and beyond.
